After participating in an April 27, 2025 protest at the Flushing Library in New York against the Chinese Communist regime’s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, members of the Chinese Democratic Human Rights Alliance were subjected to online threats. An individual using the ID “Guest 1745835994957” posted a death threat online stating: “All the families of the demonstrators in Flushing will be hacked to death….” Although the post was quickly deleted and could no longer be viewed, members of the Alliance responded promptly and reported the incident to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
It is widely known that the Falun Gong community has long stood at the forefront of resisting the Chinese Communist Party’s tyranny and has suffered severe persecution for many years. They have every right to voice their anger and resistance. Such online threats and attacks targeting Falun Gong protesters and their supporters are clearly very likely to originate from the Chinese Communist Party. We call on more people to bravely stand up in support of the Falun Gong community and to resist the CCP. We also urge anyone with knowledge of this incident to come forward and expose those hiding in the shadows making such threats, so they can be brought to justice.
The Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance will never back down in the face of such online threats, nor will it collude or compromise with the Chinese Communist Party. The Alliance will continue to stand with all those who dare to resist the CCP and will keep striving to overthrow its evil rule.
