After participating in an April 27, 2025 protest at the Flushing Library in New York against the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, members of the Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance were subjected to online threats.

An individual using the ID “Guest 1745835994957” posted a death threat online stating that “all Flushing demonstrators and their family members will be hacked to death….” Although the message was quickly deleted and is no longer visible, members of the Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance responded immediately and reported the incident to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
It is well known that the Falun Gong community has long stood at the forefront of resistance against the CCP’s tyranny and has endured prolonged persecution by the Chinese Communist Party. They have every right to express their anger and resistance. Such online threats and attacks against Falun Gong protesters and supporters are clearly highly likely to originate from the CCP. We call on more people to bravely stand up, continue supporting the Falun Gong community, and oppose the CCP. We also urge those with knowledge of this incident to come forward courageously to expose those hiding in the shadows who issue threats, so that they may face appropriate legal consequences.
The Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance will not retreat in the face of such online threats, nor will it collude or compromise with the CCP. The Alliance will continue to stand together with all those who dare to resist the CCP, and will keep working toward the overthrow of the CCP’s evil rule.
