| Dear Sir/Madam We write today with good news on the main COVID-19 class action we are pursuing in federal court. Judge Aileen M. Connor has just entered an Order allowing us to continue to pursue service of the Complaint on the Chinese government entities we believe are responsible for the pandemic. We are now able to go to the U.S. State Department and have them serve the Defendants through diplomatic channels, and are preparing the necessary documents. Judge Connor’s Order follows on Judge Altman’s Order in the second PPE class action, also allowing service to continue through the State Department.Completing service of process on the Defendants is a requirement under U.S. law for the case to be able to proceed, so this is an important step.
